Applied to the dynamic and static seals of machines, pipes, pumps, and valves in industries such as electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, instrumentation, machinery, and diamond. It is the basic material for manufacturing various graphite seals.
Graphite foil/paper has high heat dissipation efficiency, small space occupation, light weight, uniform heat conduction in two directions, eliminates "hot spot" areas, shields heat sources and components, and improves the performance of consumer electronics products. It is an electronic heat conduction and heat dissipation material.
Our main recommendation: graphite foils with thickness of 0.03-1 mm (30-100μm), width of 500-1000 mm, and density of 1.0 and 1.5 g/cm3. The technical parameters as following:
Carbon content ≥ 99.3% Ash content ≤ 0.07%
Iron content ≤ 5000 ppm Chloride content ≤ 50 ppm
Fluoride content ≤ 50 ppm Sulfur content ≤ 1300 ppm
